Greatland's W-2, 1099 & 1095 Retrieval is secured with Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2. All information sent to us, if in an TLS session, is encrypted and therefore protected against interception or interruption by any third party.

Greatland specializes in W-2, 1099 and 1095 reporting and many businesses, such as your employer, choose to engage with us each year when it comes to fulfilling reporting requirements for their employees or contract workers.

How did you get my information?
Your employer worked with one of Greatland's electronic filing solutions to complete their year-end W-2, 1099 or 1095 reporting and selected for their recipients (you) to have the option to retrieve your W-2, 1099 and/or 1095 form electronically online.
How do I obtain my W-2, 1099 or 1095 form?
Obtaining your form is easy; just complete the following steps:
- Login on the main W-2, 1099 and 1095 Retrieval page by entering in your unique identification number as prompted, click 'Retrieve' to continue;
- Click on the form hyperlink to access a PDF copy of your form. Your form will open in a new window where you can then immediately print or save a copy;
- Once your form has been retrieved, you will notice that the link turns gold and a check mark appears which symbolizes that you have accessed this form. You can then choose to select other forms (if available) to print/save (repeat step 2), or logout (see step 3);
- Click the "Logout" button located in the upper right hand corner of the webpage and close your browser window in order to end your secure session and successfully logout of the site.
Can I access my form again later?
Yes, however it is strongly recommended that you save your form once you have retrieved it.
Your forms are guaranteed to be available for electronic access until October 31st of the calendar year in which they were received. Simply save the email that you received in a safe spot so that you can follow your custom link back to Greatland's W-2, 1099 & 1095 Retrieval site.
Can I access my form from last year?
No. All previous year forms are only guaranteed to be accessible until October 31st of the calendar year in which they were received.
If you need a copy of a past year form, please contact the person responsible for payroll and year-end reporting at the place of your employment.
I see an error on my form, what do I do?

What if I did not save or print my form?
You can login to Greatland's W-2, 1099 & 1095 Retrieval site again and retrieve your forms to print/save. However, if you have not already opted out of receiving a paper copy of your form, a paper copy will automatically be printed and mailed to you.
Is my information shared with anyone else?
No. Greatland values your privacy and never shares your information.

Why has my account been locked?
After 5 invalid login attempts, your account will become locked for security purposes. You can return back to the site and try again after 30 minutes and your account will be unlocked.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print my form? If so, how do I get this application?
Yes, you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, or your browser does not support this feature for you, you may download a free copy by going to Adobe Reader's free download page and following the on-screen instructions.
Why do I receive a security alert message?
You may be receiving this message because your web browser is out of date and does not support 128-bit encryption. You can either download the latest version of Internet Explorer or download and install an update patch for your browser which does support 128-bit encryption.
